Race at American Fork. I felt not super good at the start because I think I started out too fast but my mom says that she thinks you can never go out too fast. Anyway, I started and so many people were passing me and so I felt like I wasn't doing good. Then Liz caught up to me and I said to myself that I wasn't gonna let her get away from me so I tried to stick with her and let her pull me. I pushed and stayed with her pretty good then meskerum caught up to us and she started to push us both. On the last loop me and Liz had both passed meskerum and I decided I wasn't gonna let Liz go so I let her pull me to the the last 600ish where Taylor caught up and passed us both. When we got on the track Taylor had created a pretty big gap and Liz was behind me a little ways. Liz then kicked it in like a ton and passes both of us beating me by 2 seconds and Taylor by 1. I got 21:45. It was a pretty good race except for my Achilles started hurting a little during it and a lot after. I thought I was completely better though. Stupid Achilles.
