75 minutes. I stayed up late last night watching the bachelorette with Brianna lol so I was way tired + for some reason my stomach has been hurting every time I run lately so neither of those things helped me on the run today. At like 32 minutes I flipped around cause I kept falling off on the pickups and the team kept turning around to get me which was really discouraging. My watch broke so I didn't have a time but I took a longer way back (plus Rylee & Addi came back like 5 min after I got there & they ran 80) so I'm guessing I got about 75 minutes. Life is weird

Why would you get discouraged by teammates who know how important you are to the team and the success of the whole? I totally know what you mean, but it takes a shift of thinking to really unlock the true potential. So instead of thinking, "Crap... I fell off and now they have to come get me." Think, "I am going to work super hard (including getting to bed on time, so I am not spent for important runs!) to stay up with the team. But IF I fall off, it is so cool that they want me around enough that they will come back and encourage me." The better we can all do that, the better we will all be.

By the way... You are doing great right now. Just keep it up. Do your thing. Let the team help you (you gotta accept it) and awesome stuff for all of us!
