AM- 80 minutes with 2x2 mile tempos. I felt excellent through the whole run. After the workout part of long runs I always feel my best. It's convient.
PM- like 20 laps around the baseball field. Don't ask me why we decided to run in small circles for 20 minutes but I didn't die. After a truly crappy day this wasn't a good ending but hey like I said I survived so small victories, people
