55 minutes. Time trial today. We did 15 minutes warm then 10 minutes tempo then time trial then 17 minutes cool down. I felt good on the warm up and decent on the tempo. That grass is brutal it's so long and thick. But the time trial came and my legs weren't ready for it. I fell continuously the first mile. Then kind of just stuck it in the last mile. The time & place were horrible but I felt decent so I don't know why I did so bad. I need to focus when racing. My mind wanders and I just settle.
