AM- 35 minutes with 6 striders. i felt pretty good, I just expected myself to not feel pretty good & once I get out of that mindset I can seriously do 1000x better. Kids club after was fun, our group is full of lazy complainers but we manage to have a good time.
PM- weights then 15 minutes. Idk if I can count the weights I didn't do much.... & everyone makes fun of me when I lift anyway so. But the run was nice & hot
