Today we did the 30/30s. It was good. I ran around 30 something times. My distance didnt seem hard enough. I feel like I might of been able to go farther. I ran a warm up 1 MILE. I didn't have one to do a cool down because of kids club but I think I ran around enough times to make up for that. My calf started feeling tight after the run an kids club so I rolled and stretched it. Kids club was fun with the race and such. |
