Today was a killer workout. 15 minute test thing. I got 1 mule and 1440 meters. I ran with Josie the 1st mile and we were gradually gaining on people. When we caught up to kaelie she stayed with us and we ran the last 1440 meters together. We were all pushing each other and it was really great! We sped up a little when coach said 3 minutes left but I don't feel like I went as fast as I could have. I had my watch with me and when it said 15 seconds left I pushed it real hard. It was a good run. Felt good. We had 1 mile there and 1 mile back an yeah so it was good. |
