.5 mile warm up barefoot. We went down to the park by the softball fields to do grass runs. They felt really hard. I didn't feel good at all. I ran 6 laps (2 miles) then did 8 striders. It was very tiring. My arch killed when I finished. I rubbed and rolled it and now it feels much better. I assume that it was just because it was my first grass run this summer. I would like to prove a point that going back through my sisters blog she did spell though wrong in one of her posts. She forgot the u and this will go down in history. |
