Dhells invite was today. I only was running the 400 & the 200 in the medley. I know I know, what the actual heck. Nothing distance. Today was just the 400 and I wasn't a very fast race but I liked the way I ran it because I ran it smarter than I ever ever do. I had a bit left at the end and was able to pass people & gain on people when they were all tired. It felt good. The track meet itself was really fun even though the weather was crappy, shoutout to Eugene cause I heard his name on the loud speaker thing and then sought him out lol cool guy
