AM- easy run
PM- 25 min tempo. We had a small group and only ended with me Jacey and meskerem. This was a huge step mentally for me because I was hurting so so bad and I told myself from the beginning that I was only going to go 20 min. It turned out to be super sick but on the cool down my hip hurt real bad and my achillies hurt real bad during the workout. Still a solid solid workout.
