I stayed home from school today because I was quite sick but by the time practice rolled around I was feeling better and my Tuesday performance was so crappy I felt I needed to redeem myself. We had a 15 min tempo around the track increasing pace by 10 seconds every 5 minutes. It was good. I struggled the last couple minutes staying with the pack but I did and I'm so happy I did. Then we hardcore lifted some weights. My bench max is actually going down idk how that happens but bad news it's back to 65 instead of 70 lol
