I will hit my 10th marathon this year after the Marine Corps Marathon.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Qualify for Boston.  Get a new 5k PR. Run a 1/2 marathon in under 1:40:00  1:35:00.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Qualify for Kona. Break 21:00 for a 5k Break 20:00 for a 5k;  Break 3:30 for a marathon.  Finish a 100mi run (far future after I achieve my other goals).

I graduated 2010 with my masters in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida.  I'm now at Robins AFB.

I didn't know if the run was going to be outside or on a treadmill until I arrived at the gym.  The rain turned into a fine mist and the temp was in the 40's.  I ran outside with a light rain jacket on, and it turned out to be just fine.  I went pretty slow since I have a 1/2 marathon on Sunday.
