Had to switch back to my Mizuno Precisions since my feet were hurting yesterday from wearing my old Nike Frees. I think they are pretty much retired. My ankle still hurts a little from my sprain a few weeks ago, but its not as bad with the more cushioned shoes. Its more of an irritation than a pain. My running is getting a little better, I'm hoping for an improvement when the miles increase. Ran 4mi in the morning. Biked 25mi in the evening and then ran 1.25mi at a pretty decent pace for a brick. |
