Since this was my first run over 10 miles in a long time, I went real slow, not worrying about the pace. It was the middle of the day and hot. Felt good throughout.

broken into 6.5 km then half hour break then 3.5 km 5 minute break then 3.1 km. 

 didn't feel like running at all today.

10.6 km in 52:57 on the road. 27:34 out 25:23 back. Pushed the hills, loved it! 

My treadmill is definitely not calibrated right!!! So I'm running faster and doing more distance on the treadmill than I thought which can't be a bad thing. Especially now that the Ashes are on!

16.9 km in 1:40:29 on road. Slow. It was bloody hot, right in the middle of the day. I had to get out and do it though since I missed my big run yesterday. The step up to 50 miles last week took it out of me. This week I'll aim for around 40 miles with a bit of speed work, then step it up again next week back to 50. 

 No pain no gain!
