6.3 km in 37:51 on treadmill then 10 km in 53:31 on road. 27:37 there and 26:04 back. Ran wearing skins for the first time and didn't like them one bit! I found them really itchy (probably due to my hairy legs) and they just didn't feel right. Good thing to know for the marathon in Tokyo but if it's going to be as cold as this year I may have to reconsider. Shave my legs perhaps??

| 12.9 km in 1:13:20 on road. First run in 3 days and first since the xmas - jesus i felt shite! It was 92% humidity and 25 degrees...no wonder why I felt like I was running in a Sauna!
