well, today was pretty solid. we did 8x3 min at tempo. with 30 sec of recovery. we did it at the middle school. My first half was really strong (and I was probably a little faster than assigned pace) the last 4 were a struggle. Once it got hard I had a hard time pushing myself. On the last one Roberts reminded me to pick it up and I was able to. sometimes I feel like I "need" someone to tell me to push cause I don't trust myself or something...I don't really know 😂 something to think about and work on. 60 min. Also longest run and workout yet so yay!! |
