am-weights and short run had a killer side ache pm-regular run and hill circuts. Once again had that side ache for the majority of the run. Hill circuts seemed to help work it out of my system but it was just a hard run that wasn't supposed to be hard..haha went a little over on time. but I think it's fine. super drained after the ACT also everyone should be ready for some "mandatory fun" hah 15+50 |
