am-weights and run. different loop I kinda enjoyed it! pm-workout!!! WAY good! we had 200, 400, 800, 400, 200, 200, 400, 800 (at 3200)ahah and then a 400, 200, (at 1600)then a 300(all out) Me and py led most of the time and we really hit our times way good. It was super hot but it wasn't anything that I didn't think I could do. I was super positive and I know that really helped me. Feeling fast ready to really push myself this weekend! |
