am-man I felt so good! it was a very good run. pm-workout 4x400 and then an 800 repeated two times with equal recovery. so so good :) the future is bright haha. We had some killer packing and it was so fun :) we were hitting our paces and all sorts of positive vibes. I never really realized how important a positive attitude is I mean I do but not to this extreme. I was totally positive about everything and it totally changed the outcome for me. I wasn't dwelling on pain or anything just having a good time and helping my teammates be successful. It was so good. A positive attitude is definitely always the way to go. 20+60 |
