am-yoga and run
pm-1600 in the wind! it was actually super solid. a season best. so i cant be super disappointed. i thought my shoe was gonna come untied the ENTIRE time so that was freaking me out haha. but, i was able to really push. i feel like when i started my kick though i totally tensed up my upper body making it worse and harder to move rather than speeding me up and helping me. so i gonna focus on being more smooth. but it was a very good step in the right direction.
