A couple of wins in small local races.
I have always been an active person and need to do something physical everyday or I don't feel right.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Mile: 4:40
5k: 16 min (track or honest course)
10k: 33 min
1/2 Marathon: 1:13
Steadily increase my mileage to 60-70 miles a week.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Eventually run a marathon.
Run for health and sanity.

10.3 miles in the afternoon.
Jogged along Holladay Blvd. then up to Wasatch and looped by Oly High then back home.
Stomach wasn't happy for the last 3 or so miles. I had a NDE but luckily made it home dry and fresh. 7:15 average pace
7.5 nighttime miles very easy
AM 40 minutes on stationary bike, will get a jog in later
PM 8.2 miles
5 easy miles at lunchtime.
Ran before dinner, was planning on 8 but felt tired and hungry. I wimped out and cut it short.
Easy run before work 10K loop
