I have always been an active person and need to do something physical everyday or I don't feel right.

Steadily increase my mileage to 60-70 miles a week.

After dinner stroll.
Warmed up for 2.25 miles then did one kilometer in 3:20 followed by a .5 mile jog and another kilometer in 3:17. Cooled down for 3 miles.
Can't believe that July is almost over.

11.6 miles before heading into work, great morning. My little sis joined me for 4 of it which really helps on these longer runs.

Added another A to the JAFAJ crew this morning. Fun times, 9 miles passes a lot quicker with a group.
