More easy miles. Overheated due to my extreme bundling that proved unnecessary.
Happy with the first week of the year. Ran slow but am trying to get a good base for when the harder stuff comes next month and still being cautious about my foot. Will do a longer run in 2 weeks when I'm convinced the foot is healed.
