Capitol up to 11th Ave then over a little past V Street and back.

Did pickups of 4 x .25 and 2 x .2 on the way back. Averaged about 5:45 for those.

Main goal right now is to stay injury free so I can keep running and improving. Plan is to run some shorter races this Summer then a couple of half marathons in the Fall.

Injury free trumps everything else.

Fingers crossed for your injury free. Hope the weather is finally getting nice to train. It has been great running weather here, just difficult scheduling with the new job/life balance. I miss those Memory Grove runs. All the best!

And, by shorter races you mean running the Wasatch Back Ragnar on an Ultra team, right?

I am planning on the Wasatch Back. I figure with your endurance, you'll take all of the long portions and leave the slouches like me with the short and easy downhill sections.
