A couple of wins in small local races. 

I have always been an active person and need to do something physical everyday or I don't feel right. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Mile: 4:40

5k: 16 min (track or honest course)

10k: 33 min

1/2 Marathon: 1:13

Steadily increase my mileage to 60-70 miles a week.

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Eventually run a marathon.

Run for health and sanity.

I enjoy golf, video games and have recently started learning chess.

AM: 10k loop to Tuscany and back

PM: Mini track session at Cottonwood High

There was a couple doing a crossfit workout on the football field, the woman was crying. More proof that running > crossfit.

1.5 mile warm up

2 x 50, 100, 200, 300 and 400 meters all with equal jog recoveries. No watch just ran comfortably hard on each one. 

1.3 mile cool down

maybe the crossfit woman was crying because she saw you running and was faced with the inadequacy of her regimen!

I'm pretty sure it was from having not one but two of the marathon DNF.
