Apologies to James and Josh for wussing out.

Treadmill workout.

1 mile warmup

Did 10 x 1 min on/off starting at 11.1 and increasing to 12 mph. Off was 7.5.

I got annoyed with changing the pace on the treadmill so often. To get a full minute on the faster rep I had to start upping it from 7.5 to the higher speed about 8-10 seconds before the minute recovery had ended.

Cooled down to 5.

No worries on sleeping in. Sounds like a solid workout on the treadmill though.

No apology needed Tu or Th. Nice run. I am considering two miles fast tomorrow morning but I understand it's an off day for speed...

I'm up for a couple faster miles tomorrow. Don't think I will be sore from today's meager effort.
