Got a HR monitor yesterday and it was fun to use it on my run today. Ran 6 easy miles then did two .5 pickups with .5 recovery between each. Did 45 minutes on stationary bike after.

Still on the mend but I think I can handle a couple of 8 milers a week. I will join the JAFAKAJ run and just break off early
