Fun run with Jake around Sugarhouse. Time always flies when you've got a good running buddy.  My legs were sore today but nothing awful.  The pace was just under 8 minutes, thanks for taking it easy on me Jake.

This jog was just what I needed to get loosened up a bit. I think I will be fully recovered in a couple days. Will force myself to do some foam rolling later.

PM

3.1 miles around the neighborhoood, needed to get off the couch and stretch my legs out

Happy Sunday FRBers!

ACorn,

Hi.

Like the way you alternate pictures. Now that I look at the pic, I see you are by a bookstore. I ordered Running Anatomy today. Thanks for the suggestion.

Amazingly, Jake has a willingness to take it easy or go slow. If he comes to CT, he said he would go on a run with me. I cautioned him about this (thinking my marathon pace would be his walking pace). His offer stands (or at least that is how I remember it - I'll have to look at old blog entries).

Decent miles today.

Hope all is well.

Thanks for meeting this morning - nice to get that one in with some company. Easy runs like this for recovery after a hard race or workout pay big dividends in the long run - building towards that "tireless" state

OK, but you don't ALWAYS have to resist the urge to get off the couch.
