Woke up congested, allergies usually hit me this time of year for a week or two, and my right heel is a touch sore.  Nothing serious just something to keep an eye on.  Plan this week is to do 30 miles with an equal amount of crosstraining miles on the bike.  Don't want to take any chances with the Running of the Leopards coming up in less then 2 weeks.

Went to Cottonwood High and jogged 3 on the football field mixed with lunges, pushups and medicine ball throws etc.

Did 2x400 in 76 seconds each.

6.5 miles before bed at 7 min pace felt lots better than earlier today, last .5 was @ 5:30 pace

ACorn,

Hi. Hope you do well with the upcoming Running of the Leopards. Seems like you have been putting in 40-50 miles weekly for the past four weeks. So thirty sounds reasonable even without a planned race (or at least it sounds reasonable to me).

Hope all is going well.

ACorn,

Hi.

You keep this up and you will be at thirty miles for the week before you know it. Was not expecting you to get out there again today. Good miles today and tonight. Nice half mile tempo pace at the end there (if I calculated correctly).

I think you have the bug now! You have been super consistent.

Oh and by the way...You, Jake and Allie have convinced me. I am giving the 110 a shot. I just placed my order tonight. I may actually wear it as a watch as well (while not running).

PRE,

I think you'll quite enjoy the 110, I wore it around yesterday.

It was too nice to stay in last night, I had to get out but do plan on keeping it around 30 this week and doing quite a bit of time on the bike.

Hopefully that'll get rid of the very minor pain in my right heel and I'll be able to hit it hard on the 24th.

Keep it up my friend and let me know what you think of the watch.
