13.3 miles

Left from the Park and Ride lot on Wasatch Boulevard and about 6400 South, headed north to Milcreek Canyon.  Ran 2.5 miles up the canyon and then headed back.  Very beautiful morning, it was peaceful going up the canyon, I didn't see anyone for about 20 minutes.  Soaked up the scenery that I far too often ignore.

Did a couple of surges on the way back. Was glad I got in a longer effort this morning

4 miles after dinner

Nice Miles, glad you took the opportunity to soak in the surrounds. We all need to do that more!

That's a nice route, Wasatch/Millcreek.

Is 17 your highest mileage day ever?

Looks like Suns/Jazz is actually going to be a playoff play-in game on Tuesday!

Yeah 17 is a record high for me. I figure since I'm going to run a 1/2 this year I should probably be able to cover the distance :>

The game should be fun! Just don't cheer for the Suns. Let me know how I can help Saturday.

I think I'll end up driving Andrea, Allie, and James up to the start... not sure what time they'll want to get dropped off. Once I do, I'll let you know and we can coordinate.
