I would love to hit a sub 18 5k.

Long-Term Running Goals:
As of right now, I'm not realy sure. I enjoy staying in shape and racing with friends. I'm sure i'll plug in a few goals sooner or later.
I've recently gotten married. It's one of the best things that has ever happened to me. Since then I've slacked off on my running, hopefully this running blog will help encourage me to keep pushing.
5 easy miles on some old country roads.
50 sit-ups. I havent done those in years and it showes. i hate situps!!!!
walked a mile on my lunch brake at work.
Ran 5 miles with my brother inlaw. Its always fun having someone to run with.
50 situps again today. im not sure this even helps.....
