AM.
This morning consisted of 4 miles on the treadmill at the Y. Again I did it at 7min pace. I also did some light upper body training to help me keep my form.

Back to the Y for some more treadmill running. I usally run at the Y this time of year because its dark when ever i get a chance to run, plus i don't like the cold.
Mile 1 = 7:00 pace
Mile 2 = 6:30 pace
Mile 3 = 7:00 pace
Mile 4 = 6:30 pace
Then the steam room. Ahhh. I'm getting a little sore and fatigued. I want to do some speed workouts, maybe ill get some in this weekend. |
