I did not have a good race. I was still sick so that did not help anything..I ran a 6:07 which is 10 seconds off from my pr but we went to Krispy Kreme with the Other girls and got donuts.

It's hard to be at your best when you are sick. And not every race can be great anyways. You had a nice PR a few days before so build momentum off that!
How fast do you think you could have run the 1600 AFTER Krispy Kreme? :-)
