I know a secret technique for opening mangos taught me by a Wolof sorcerer. I was briefly a political appointee at the U.N. I am intimately familiar with a disciple of David Hume.

Okay run. Felt reasonably well, although the first 2 miles are just killing my feet these days. It's usually better after than, but even so... I think I'm going to make an appt with the orthopod, this can't be normal. I've basically had fasciitis in both feet for 8 mos now, and more than 12 mos in the left one. Calgon take me away!

Have you tried the Strassburg sock or similar device? Operates sort of like a night splint, but it is a tube sock that goes up to your knee with a velcro band from the end of the toe to the knee. I have had great success with this before and am currently using it for my left foot.

Hey sir. Just wondering how the training is going. I know I'm probably not the only one missing your blog! Get back here and let us know how you're healing up and all!

How's the plantar doing? Did you ever make it to the doc? I can't remember if I told what I do for plantar promblems, but I will tell you again. I take a hard ball or can of soup and roll out the bottom of my foot as hard as I can stand it. Do this throughout the day, everyday. Also ice before and after. I might take awhile for it to go away but just be persistant and it should help. Plantar is a buggar though my mom had it for over a year once. She got some inserts for her shoes that finally made it go away.

Anyway I hope everything is going well:)

Hey what's going on?

James:

I have tried the Sock. It works OK for me, not as dramatic as others I've spoken with though. There's a bit of spur that may or may not be going away on its own. Seem to be able to run through it, just not as often as I'd like.

Benn, Josse, Michelle:

The thesis has to be in by Aug 15, so racing away at that. Sorry to be such a cruddy blogger. Hopefully the routine will come back to me on the other side of the rainbow. Thanks for keeping on me.
