I know a secret technique for opening mangos taught me by a Wolof sorcerer. I was briefly a political appointee at the U.N. I am intimately familiar with a disciple of David Hume.

Good run, pretty fast, Watchless. Basically got out at about 10:45 and ran till midnight, which got me home all the way but for the cooldown lap. Had a pretty rum week running wise, but it's a new month and hopefully I can keep up abetter regimen. Muscular fitness feels good, hopefully in a bit I'll be able to sleep better and (thus) go harder.

Had a really nice run this weekend. Took it a little on the fast side: I was glad to be out for more than once-around-the-lake, and it was such a spectacularly beautiful afternoon/evening that you couldn't help but oomph out a little. Felt pretty effortless, like my form was just moving me along. Anyway, the right PF was a bit sore the next day, but nothing too terrible.

Have been at about 30 a week except for the last one, which was under.

Objective for the week is to be more regular. So I'm going at better hours, for less time.

Foot aching some. I think it's just running back to back again. But I'm going to start on 1200mg of vitamin-I qid to take the inflammation down.
