Had a really nice run this weekend. Took it a little on the fast side: I was glad to be out for more than once-around-the-lake, and it was such a spectacularly beautiful afternoon/evening that you couldn't help but oomph out a little. Felt pretty effortless, like my form was just moving me along. Anyway, the right PF was a bit sore the next day, but nothing too terrible.

Have been at about 30 a week except for the last one, which was under.

I was actually really concerned because I think the last post I saw from you was something about paranoia over a possible stolen laptop, then you disappeared and I thought they'd put you into the Witness Protection program, or that you'd gone undercover to undermine the secret world of laptop stealing crooks!

Man, I haven't hit the couch in months (well sometimes I do nap). Mostly a desk-potato, though.

I've been running without blogging. In related news, also running without a watch. I like it, but it is fun to have people around. Will try to be slightly more blogh-oriented this month.
