Personal:
I know a secret technique for opening mangos taught me by a Wolof sorcerer. I was briefly a political appointee at the U.N. I am intimately familiar with a disciple of David Hume.
The break really did me good. Objective this week is hit 60 mi, so I took it easy again but mixed in one 7-minute mile (actually started out at about 7:40 and then decided to put on the gas about 800m in). 8:10 average overall. Nimbus.
FYI -- I bought my ticket to Utah. I arrive Thursday afternoon at 4:15. The plan now is to meet in SLC Friday morning (10ish?) and head to Moab. We'll talk more soon.
