My husband and I started running last year together and are still loving it. My first race was Salt lake city half marathon. I also ran Teton Dam in Rexburg, Id. and The Personal Best at 1:49 in Idaho Falls, id.
Short-Term Running Goals:
My short term goal is to run my first full in Ogden in May and also a half in Salt Lake in April. I also want to run Mesa Falls in Ashton, ID. this year because that is where I grew up.
Long-Term Running Goals:
To be a strong runner and always make it a hobby for my husband and I to enjoy together.
Personal:
I have been married for 11 years and we have three girls and one wild boy. they always keep us moving.
off to run ragnar in utah. My first leg was 4 miles and I finished in 31 mins and my second leg was at 3 in the morning. it was new and exciting to run at night. I had a great time.
this was my last leg in ragnar. it was a good run but hot. I feel like my cardio is bad because I have been resting because of sore knees. I will have to work on that.
