Weather - indoors today. Ran 4 miles around the basketball court at Brookens Gym. Ran the final mile at a higher speed, yet tried to convince my mind that I was at easy pace. I am running at a more consistently fast pace than 4 weeks ago, so my fitness is becoming more robust. Afterwards 4 sets of strength exercises and stretching. Tomorrow I will run at Brookens Gym again, running in warmth is a nice change of pace. |
