| Around the Airport Hill. Ran an easy half mile with the Aaron and Hayden for there cool down. Legs felt ok. Still not much power but the running feels alittle easyer.

| Ran with the guys today. Bigfoot, Mustang and Cheesy Bottom Crust. First 3 were all nice and easy. Picked it up after that. All under 7 minute pace for the next 6.

| I had Cody drop me off from his work this morning. Sometimes i need to be droped off away from home to make me get the miles in. Good tough run. It is getting warm. I still have no speed. But of course i never had much speed anyway. Knees not feeling hte best.

| Nice morning for a run. Walked a block to warm up the legs. After that hings felt nice and smooth. Knees feel a little sore. But i think the Supplement i am taking is making the pain much more managable. Just trying to work on form and breathing. Neather area is very good right now.

| Nice miles today with the gang. Bigfoot, Soggy Cheese Crust, Mustang and the Little Buddha. 5 A.M. around Sand Hallow. Pace was easy most f the way with a few pick ups. Tough run with some hills. I felt like a fish out of water with my breathing. Other then that i enjoyed the entire run, Ran with the Little Buddah the second half of the run. I ran everyday this week. That is a big breakthrough for me. The Supple supplement is really starting to make a difference, Knees are feeling muach better.
