53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
9 easy miles in the bank. Nothing to exciting to report except running against the wind is not to fun.
6 more miles tonight ran up into the desert and over to green springs.
Tuesday Hill work out. felt strong all the way through it. Had to work off the mountain dew i had for lunch.
Nice Miles with the "Circle of Trust" a Nice morning to run with some friends. Everyone just took it pretty easy today. Thanks guys.

I Ran the Lake to lake Relay today with a Coed team. The group i was with were amazing. Thanks guys.. We came in 2 in Coed and 7th overall. My first leg was pretty easy With some rolling Hills, my last leg was a dirty little climber.
