met up for tempo Tuesday with the Circle of trust and Tom and Steve. The workout called for 3-2-1 at MP with 2:00 min. recovery. 3 mile warm up. then bam. Tom took off like a Bullet and it took me 3 miles to catch him! This work out we ran 3 miles. then jogged 2 minutes then ran 2 miles then another 2 minute jog. then finished out the tempo. seems the 2 min breaks did not help much. avg 6:36. |
