I met up with the Team about 6:50   Dave, Clyde, Dustin, and Steve.    I decided to keep every one on the same legs.    Dave had the first leg and came through with flying colors.  I started out well   just averaging a little over 6 min pace.     Had some young gun pass me at mile 3,  he was flying.   Then at the end I had another guy pass me.  But he was not to far ahead.   The hills took it to me on this leg.  I was pretty spent at the end. Average pace  6:23  for the leg.   Then Dustin and Steve pretty much gained back the lead.  And Clyde flew on leg 5.   I started out on leg 6 and pretty much stayed in control and maintained the lead the others had gotten.  At this time no one was even close.  We had the race in the bag barring any injury.   The guys ran great.   I was the slow man on the team and we all knew that coming in.   But it takes a team to win and we did it.  3 years and counting.  Thanks guys.  You are all amazing runners.   And thanks for another great Relay.   We won by over 20 minutes.  That is not bad for such a short relay.

Nice work Bull! I had a good time, feeling a little sore today though. The Buddha isn't used to running fast.
