16.2 miles today starting out at 60 degrees and ending around 70 degrees.  Did around a 7:18 pace doing a hilly course up by Satterfield.  Busy weekend and not much sleep last night with my son having strep throat.   Busy day at work now.

Did  13.21 miles at an overall 7:2ish pace.  It was getting warm early again for here around 70 degrees.  Nothing special about this run.  I had to hurry back for a meeting at work.

Actually didn't have to work a Tuesday Night so that was nice actually waking up

and feeling rested for once.  Did 13.32 miles at a 1:37 time frame.  Did a flat route

around town. Still felt flat on the run.

Ran out to chubbuck and down Highway 30 and then down the Millwood mile
trail road.  Ran 13:32 in 7:29 pace in 1:39:35.  Flat route for feeling flat.  No speed.  My speed

is gone.
Ran out to chubbuck and back in to Pocatello.  Two towns.

Rainy morning well pouring.  I ran 13.31 miles at a 7:32 pace in 1:40:15.  I ran up
Satterfield Rd.  and the new road above Sattefield Rd.  called Andrew.
Did all the side street 100m up and down intervals.  Raining and Raining.  I believe I need

to start cutting back the 80 mile weeks and do more quality speed miles.  I haven't done any speed. I have no Marathon's in site because I don't have the time and feel the guilt of the cost

for going to one.
