Only got 6 hours of sleep last night. We had Church friends come through Pocatello who used to live here 12 years ago and now live in Missouri and we spend a late night up visiting with them. They lived in Pocatello for over 30 years before moving to Missouri. I got up and just decided to put some easy miles in running down Hiline Street, then down Whitaker St. then Yellowstone Ave then turning on Alameda St. I ran 11:13 miles at an overall 7:08 pace in 1:19. I have one of our deparments working on software tonight on a machine I manage, and I'm hoping I don't get called after 9pm tonight. Because I have to be up by 4:30am to run the Pocatello Marathon course, because I need to be back earlier because my kids are leaving for church camp on Saturday. My wife is going to meet me where ever I'm at on the course at 7:15am. I will have to get up get dressed and get up to the course in a hurry. But it doesn't really matter if I get 20 miles tomorrow on the course, because I've ran it the last 5 weeks 20 miles or more.
