Good night of sleep last night... almost 8 hours. The weather was great this morning and I was ready to run even though it took me a little bit longer to get out of the house. My legs the last two days have really felt fresh and I've had to back off the horses, and save this for the marathon. I ran 10:34 miles at an 6:54 pace in 1:11. Still sticking with the plan of 60 miles this week, and only one run a day to stay fresh hopefully. I have to work at 11pm tonight to bring down some systems for firmware upgrades so I think I'll change my VO2max training that I was going to do from Wednesday to Thursday. I did ride my bike to work so I got a little more exercise after the run. Another insane day at work today. Getting anything finished before the fall College semester that starts next week.
