Today was one of those days where I didn't have a planned idea what I was going to run. I didn't really want to run too slow so I ran 7 MP miles one threshold mile. Total 9.3 miles at a 6:36 pace overall. Since this is a taper week I probably will run around 50 miles. Thursday I'm thinking about either doing 4 x 1600 mile repeats or 8 x 400's with a 200 jog. What do you guys think? My focus has been more on my grandma in the hospital right now than on the running. I've seen her every day, and she's starting her physical therapy treatments today. I really hope with her age she can rebound. But I will stay focused and be okay. |
