Very sore today from moving all my heavy office equipment. I hit my left calf up against my truck while I was moving and bruised it. I almost decided not to run worrying I would hurt it worse. It was very sore on the run today. But I'm in my new office this morning on Campus again where I first started. Ran 8.25 miles at an overall 7:15 pace in 59:35 minutes. Lunch 100 push-ups and 300 sit-ups. Then I did a 100m sprint from the parking lot to my office. I really got some funny looks. Evening: Ran another 100m sprint to my truck after work. I received my new Saucony Grid Trigon 5 shoes today from UPS. I will try them out tomorrow.
