Very bad night of sleep, because our son didn't feel well once we got home from our trip. I got less than 6 hours of sleep and of course felt tired when I wake up. Busy day at work not much time to blog, but I did the Satterfield loop. I ran up the hill than back down. The down splits were (6:25, 5:56, 6:23,6:22). Lunch - Evening: I'm sticking with one run for the rest of the two weeks to began my taper. I will probably get about 60 miles this week. Even though I was really anxious to do another run I had to convince myself that the rest is better. (Mizuno Precision 8 - 546 miles) Time to almost retire these shoes.
