This morning is was around 25 degrees when I starting running. My ribs and quads were a little sore from the football game yesterday, but nothing that would prevent me from running. I ran 11.53 miles at an overall 7:02 pace. I picked up the last two miles just to get some speed and effort in this run (6:41, 6:12). Very good run out on highway 30.
Evening Got off work early at 4:30pm which usually the day before Thanksgiviing were not doing much. I decided to run since it was a time where I had free time. I ran 7.21 at an overall 6:47 pace in 49:02. I ran the last four miles a little faster (6:40, 6:22, 6:31, 6:34). I did the run around campus and one mile of it around the Davis Field Track, and out towards Ross Park. Then I ran back to the Business Building Campus Building were I park my care.
